Project Scope

Bauer’s annual event brings together over 500 employees and retailers to celebrate successes and unveil new campaigns. For the 2022 event in Las Vegas, I created a vibrant, neon-inspired branding theme, capturing the excitement of their first in-person gathering in two years.

  • Bauer hosts an annual internal meeting with over 500 employees and retailers from around the world to celebrate past successes and introduce new marketing campaigns and products. The 2022 event, held in Las Vegas, NV, was particularly special as it marked the first in-person gathering in two years, following virtual events.

  • As the lead Art Director for the 2022 event, I developed the concept and visual identity, drawing inspiration from Las Vegas’s vibrant neon lights to symbolize excitement, energy, and celebration. My responsibilities included designing the event logo, creating a style guide, and producing marketing materials and event graphics.

  • The visual identity captured the event’s energetic and celebratory spirit, enhancing the overall experience for attendees and creating a cohesive branding system for the event that reflected the excitement of being back together in person.
